Overview
The 13th Squadron Caudron C.460 is a great first racer, without the bad tendencies of a racer. The Caudron C.460 has large under camber wingtips to make up for the flat, no dihedral wing. This creates great stall characteristics if you get into a bad situation. Now this doesn't mean you should fly it slow. Try to cruise at half throttle or more to make sure you always have airflow over the wings and tail. The real Caudron C.460 is designed for pylon racing, not acrobatics. That's the way you should fly your 13th Squadron Caudron C.460. This plane shines when you fly fast and level. If you're a less experienced builder, I would recommend choosing the Caudron over the DH88 Comet for its flying characteristics, and ease of building. If you're looking for under modeled foam board racer, the Caudron C.460 is for you.
